Definitely need to work on accommodating workers who stay there and want the breakfast but leave an hour before breakfast is officially served. What's the point of having the food out, if I can't get it? My crew leaves an hour before it's "served" and the front desk guy was kinda rude when informing me. Normally don't leave bad reviews but I hope we don't stay there again. Also, the maid who cleaned my room, touched my stuff and moved my things around. I'm pretty sure they're not supposed to do that too.
I was traveling alone and requested to have a room on the 2nd floor. I always feel safer not being in the ground level. He said no, you don't want the 2nd floor, we dont have an elevator. I said no problem I can do stairs. He then said you'll be safe. I'll protect you. Very patronizing. I again said I'd rather be on the 2nd floor. OK, no problem, let me check.
