I was called bro many times by the front desk representative it was unprofessional I had my reservation through hopper but when we came he was outside on the phone .. he kept saying you have the wrong address which was incorrect but after he kept saying we had no reservation there and calling us bro we just left. No need to stay there anyway when there is a strange smell and the front desk rep is unprofessional. Won’t return in the future
This place kicked me out because I have service dogs and then tried to lie and said they barked at three a m when I was awake then, my dog was injured. Something went in his foot while walking on their carpet, which not been vacuumed. I did not bring up any issues I had until they kicked me out or wouldn't let me stay any longer. And on top of that, one of the hotel staff was standing outside of my door eavesdropping for half a night
It's not for physically challenge people. No elevators at all
