The hotel front desk and lobby is being remodeled, but didn't affect our stay. The front desk clerk, Nani, greeted us with a smile, kept apologizing for the renovation, and made sure our stay was good. We had no issues with our room. Very nice, quaint, and clean. We would stay here again.
Worst hotel ever never go here. When we first got here there was construction and it was quite uncomfortable going into the managers office by myself and giving my information instead of at the front desk. I brushed it off we got our room and there’s crusted poop and period blood on the toilet. I again try to brush it off the bathroom smelled musty like it wasn’t clean. this was the worst experience at a hotel i have ever had. when we got there it was a mess “redoing floors” or something. smelt like straight paint. everything felt sketchy. the toilet had period blood and poop stains on the seat. we tried to ignore all these weird things and just get a good rest because we have a wedding tomorrow. at 2am i hear 5 VERY LOUD BANGS. Great stay overall! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient location. Renovations show they’re improving the property. Felt safe and well taken care of. Good value for the price — would stay again!
I had a great stay with clean and comfortable rooms friendly and professional staff and a smooth check in process.and beds were new and I liked a lot and renovations going on absolutely amazing new stuff the environment felt safe and secure overall it was a pleasant experience abs excellent value for the price
