We had a great night’s sleep—the room was comfortable and the hot tub looked amazing. The only reason we’re giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the shower water pressure wasn’t great. Breakfast was mostly pancakes and the standard continental options, but I was hoping for something simple like an apple and yogurt, which they didn’t have. Otherwise, a pleasant stay overall!

This place addressed all issues I had and gave me a late checkout when my battery died. Very helpful and very courteous.

We arrived and the gentleman working was very nice, we checked in and got up to the room, when we opened the door something smelled rotten. I immediately had to use the restroom and the toilet was filthy, I cleaned the toilet, as I was on the toilet I went to get toilet paper and there was none, no toilet paper in this room anywhere. That's not the worst, to the left of the paper holder someone had picked their nose and wiped it on the wall several times, needless to say I puked. I forgot to pack my slippers so walked barefoot on the room's carpet. In the shower that caused black footprints on the shower floor. The room seemed clean otherwise. The bathroom left much to be desired. It was supposed to have been recently repaired, but the shower had no barricade on the floor so water ran over the bathroom floor making both the shower and floor tiles dangerously slippery!
