Incredible staff, I was greeted by Mr Avi he was very welcoming great breakfast and incredible rooms, lobby was very nice and newly renovated.
I travelled in From out of town on a trip. I needed a place to stay i called Microtel JASON Lovelace picked up the phone at 3 o’clock in the morning. He was the easiest to deal with. It took me about 15 seconds for him to confirm that he had availability for a room I came approximately 45 minutes later. My check-in was a simple and smooth process. went here only because the power was out due to storms, was there 5 minutes got notified power was back on didn’t feel very comfortable here to begin with room smelt weird and was so tiny and ac unit thing was really obnoxious so we tried to talk to the guy and see if he could possibly refund or even maybe partial since we were literally there 5 minutes we didn’t even unpack or take shoes off anyways front desk dude responded with “um no” so a waste of $110 from 2 broke teenagers who just wanted to feel safe and have some po... read more
