Excelente hotel en servicio, limpieza, comodidad y ubicación
La ubicación es excelente, hotel para quedarte una sola noche e ir a la cita del consulado NO para vacacionar, a mi me tocó la mala suerte de que al llegar hicimos check in y nos dieron una habitación ocupada, llegamos a la habitación y la tarjeta que nos dieron abrió y había alguien adentro, regresamos al lobby y la recepcionista muy apena se disculpo, pero son cosas que no debería de pasar
Muy mala experiencia, esperar después de la hora del checkin, elevador fuera de servicio , la alfombra y ropa de la capa con manchas y sobre todo un tremendo mal olor en el ambiente por la noche , Tenía otra reserva para otro dia y la cancele no me devolvieron nada
