El elevador no funcionaba y tuvimos que subir y bajar varios pisos varias veces, nuestra sábana estaba totalmente manchada, no entiendo por qué alzaron la cama con una mancha tan obvia y cuando pedimos que nos la cambiaran tardaron mucho, el hotel no solo es viejo, sino que ya es malo y varias cosas no sirven

Excelente ubicación, muy cercano al consulado, plaza comercial, restaurantes, servicios de paquetería y autobuses.
Sábanas sucias y almohadas apestosas a sudor ajeno. No cambian las sábanas entre huésped y huésped se sienten pegajosas y con olor. Nos tuvimos que bañar con agua fría, no había agua caliente en todo el hotel
