The rooms are horrible carpet coming up of the floors and not a place too stay at all
The manager doesn’t respond back to any calls. I have been trying to get a refund because I had to check out of the hotel. It was dirty, the linen was stained both on the bed and in the bathroom. The breakfast was not served as shown on the website. There were staff members sleeping in the gym therefore the gym was unavailable. The whole hotel smelled like cigarettes. It was very uncomfortable. The manager only works from 7 AM to 11 AM and still hasn’t responded back to any of my concerns. Please do not stay here.
If I could give NO STARS, I would be delighted to. This was the worst hotel experience ever! The front desk workers are so unprofessional and could care less about the customers concerns! The entire building has a horrible odor, of which, cannot be described. There is NO FITNESS CENTER, NO POOL, or hot breakfast, as advertised. Instead, the fitness center is a store room for Queen sized mattresses, a pool is no where in sight, and “hot breakfast” is a prepackaged combination of orange juice from the Dollar Store, and a DRY b... read more
Was and okay place to stay room was a little on the small side WiFi was not good other than that it was okay
I’ll let my pictures speak for my stay. To be in the customer service/hospitality business it’s ashamed that these individuals aren’t customer oriented/driven. Besides the internet not working, not having a hot breakfast as advertised, disgusting linen, you can only get house keeping between 8-5 and out those hours don’t need anything cause front desk doesn’t even try to rectify the issue.
