This is the absolute worst hotel for what is normally expected and I, for one, will never stay here again. Upon arrival the first thing you have to do is dodge all the droppings from the geese that roamed the property because they don't seem to clean the droppings up. The entrance and check in had a crisp appearance but as we were arriving a lady was requesting additional towels for their room of four for which there was only one towel supplied. The photos are old from when it was newer, photos are very deceiving. For t he price I think it’s ok but I wouldn’t stay there again, breakfast was bad. Room and hallways smelled like cigarettes even though room was a non-smoking room. The mattress was old and very uncomfortable. Carpet on the hallways is old and has a distinct smell along with cigarette smell.
Worst experience ever. Only one person was handling everything—reception, shuttle driving, and even providing towels and supplies for the room. The room itself had many cockroaches. When we tried to contact the front desk for three hours at night, no one was there, and repeated phone calls went unanswered. In the morning, I showed the issue to the receptionist, who even took pictures. Front desk was helpful room was were nice I will say mattresses are a bit stern. And we left airpods in our room and came back about an hour later and they were more then happy to help get them for us.
