Great stay, great hotel, and great service! I'm a truck driver so I stay in places all over. I'm always thankful for hood service, a comfortable bed, clean room, and a hot breakfast is always a plus. This place had it all. The rooms are very updated and clean. The bed was very comfortable. They have great breakfast options. The pool looked nice, though I didn't get to swim. Very disappointing. Bathroom door frame paint peeling off, floor sticky and toilet tank rusty. Rest of the room floor was sticky and so was everything you touched and the room was damp no matter how high you put the air conditioner and that made your bed sheets feel wet. The window was dirty and the screen on the window was bent and broken hanging there. The refrigerator was not properly in place and when you went to open it, it was loose and fell forward. I stayed in 2 different Microtell inn & Suites on this quick trip & let me tell you the Brooksville location was heads & tails ahead of the other one. I regret booking the other one. It bordered awful. Brooksville I couldn't find anything wrong from check in to check out. I was extremely impressed with it especially for the price I paid.
