The worst experience ever after having a great stay in a microtel in hot springs we thought we not use them again but this location is the worst.the tub had hair and grime.no elevator, breakfast is a waffle and bagged snacks,but the real kicker was I got woke up to a rustling sound to find a mouse had been eating some of our leftovers from the taco shop Do Not Stay Here
12-12-25 Mt family and I were booked in and went to our room after I had work here in Broken Bow. Woke up at 12:30 am to mice and ladybugs all over our room. My wife went to the front and all they offered was a new room down the other hall. This is highly unprofessional and unacceptable in the hotel business. This places charges 4 star prices with 1 star accommodations. I will not be staying here anymore and this place should be shut down. The only high point was the girl who checked us in. Incredibly nice and welcoming.
