Perfectly clean and accommodating for a 1 night stay. Efficient, simple, and safe.
My reservation was canceled then rebooked upon arrival. (Weird) The room was small but clean and nice. Great location. It felt safe there.

I've often wondered about this hotel chain, so I gave it a try for my family visit and business trip. I understand now why it's called Microtel, a micro size hotel. The hotel itself is small along with the rooms but it is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful too.
