My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The new lady who checked us in was very pleasant and professional, as was the manager who was training her. Any issues we had were promptly taken care of. The breakfast room was crowded the first day, but there were other places to sit nearby. The waffle iron was in good, working condition, and usually available. We ONLY got this hotel for the hottub and pool. The pool was scummy and green. The owner was in there complaining about changing the ph levels of the hot tub if a beer gets spilled. He was also just super rude. If the pool if green the ph level is already off. The lights were flickering in our room. Gave us one washcloth and hand towel.
Room- carpet was so dirty it turned your socks black immediately. Make sure to wear your shoes the whole time. Breakfast was crowded and poorly stocked. If you wanted waffles the machine was broken and dumped the batter in the tray below. Do not expect much here for the price. We came into town late and booked ahead online through the Wyndham app booking a double queen suite as there was 3 of us travelling. Beautifully maintained hotel! Everything was clean and quite. The gentleman at the front desk, Saj, was fantastic.. friendly, polite, and very helpful! The pool was cold and hot tub has a nice water feature. Room was clean and updated. If your needing a room in Bozeman I recommend this hotel. 5 stars across the board.
