Great hotel with clean rooms. We stayed as part of a hockey team. Evelyn was very accommodating and a pleasure to deal with even before we arrived.
I am currently staying at the Microtel hotel in Bonnyville and am having a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are friendly and professional throughout my stay. I would especially like to thank Evelyn, one of the managers, for her exceptional hospitality. She goes above and beyond to ensure that guests stay is pleasant .Her warm and welcoming demeanor is commendable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bonnyville.
Room was a bit small, but the hotel itself was absolutely fantastic. We came with a hockey team and they went above and beyond to make everyone feel so welcomed. Gifts, treats,etc All employees were great to us. Allowing parents to socialize and celebrate a huge win. But one employee in particular “ Eghosa” was phenomenal. I can’t say enough good things about her! We will highly recommend her and the hotel to others. Thank you for everything
