Amazing staff! Great location for our trip. Booked last minute Friday night labor day weekend spoke with a gentleman on the phone and when we arrived our reservation didn't match the room we received :/. Reserved a 2 queen standard room and received a 1 queen bed and pull-out couch. Also, wifi is non-existent in room 311..in 2026 this is wild.
No complaints.. We stayed while some of our softball team were visiting Cortland University for softball camp. The staff were welcoming and friendly and were very helpful with suggestions on where to eat.
Amazing Staff!!!! Hotel is super Clean!!!! My favorite place to stay when working!!!
This place exceeded our expectations. Great value. Rooms were a little snug, but clean! Would definitely stay here again. Shout out to Jason at the front desk, he was always friendly and accommodating!
