Clean rooms, great staff.
It’s 4:00 am and the meeting room which must be under my room sounds like I am at a club. I have been calling since 11:30pm about the noise. I have gone down to the front desk twice to no avail. This is absolutely unacceptable the bars even close at 2am…but not this meeting room! Supposedly I will not be charged for my room. I should have slept in the car. Beware if you book on a wedding weekend. If I didn’t have to give a star to be able to post this I would have give zero stars.
Everything was clean EXCEPT bathroom. Lifted toilet seat up and there was feces all under it. Hair EVERYWHERE! On toilet seat, toilet paper, floor and in tub. We carry wipes with us for this reason. While laying down on bed we noticed what look liked a black bug but it was something caught in a cobweb. Breakfast was ok. The eggs looked unappealing and were sitting in water. There was also some type of mystery ham. The only healthy food was sluced apples in a bag. Overall, the stay was ok. Would we stay here again, yes.
