Staff was very nice and hotel was great for our needs. We made a last minute trip to Atlanta and needed to book reasonably priced hotel. I've stayed in Microtels before and always been very satisfied. This hotel is right by the airport but on weekends we had no problem with traffic. If we had stayed mid town, the hotels plus the charge for parking would have been another $50 a night more. Room was very pleasant.
I had a horrible experience with this place. The hotel charged my card three times for a 3.5 hour stay. The guy who checked me in made this Experience the worst. His customer service was non existent, apparently he didn't know what he was doing, and in the morning he didn't even check us out instead he charged me for another night.
