Don't be fooled by the photos and the overall customer rating. This is one of the worst hotels that I have ever been to. Everything is old and rundown, plastic counters with stains, mould around the ac unit, ceiling and wall repairs done unprofessionally, seat/bench cushions that are home-made using non-commercial grade materials, dirty carpet, hard rock mattress, pillows that feel like they are stuffed with pebbles (also the pillows are square shaped, which I have not ever seen before), and inedible breakfast. When i checked in i throughly explained that i was working nights and needed to sleep during the day. Was told i was placed i a quiet area to do just that. Not EVEN CLOSE!!! They never said thsy had construction going on, if they had i would have went somewhere else. They out me next to the construction store room where they had workers banging the door open, yelling, and dropping tiles or whatever on the floor ALL DAY! The. Just an ok place. Breakfast not to my liking but I'm picky.
Customer service was terrible. The room was not great, and the toilet sounded like a screaming goat everytime you flushed it. It also had a weird smell when you walked in. Everything was out of order-the atm, the hot tub, the juice machine, the ice machine. I would never go back there; it was not worth the money!
Close to the Mall and a few minutes away from the airport, comfortable room and quiet environment to rest before or after a flight. Clean beds and bathroom. They offer a pretty decent breakfast buffet. You can also request a late check-out for a small fee.
