If there was negative stars... I would give them. The property and rooms were disgusting. They refused to do a full refund and we didn't stay. We will be contacting Wyndham but at the end of the day, if they don't do a full refund, leaving and losing the money was worth finding a different hotel. I hope that says something in itself.
Outdated establishment in need of regular maintenance and cleaning. The semi shadiness makes you question if you should consume the food in the breakfast area provided. We won't be returning.
Mattress was comfortable but pillows need to be replaced. Great location. Breakfast was decent. Only working ice maker was on the first floor.
I checked in with a certified ESA no one said anything it wasn't till I checked out that I was told they don't accept cats no where on the website does it have this information or when checking in online does it ask about pets or ESA animals they charged me a additional $50 two days after checkout I will never stay at a Wyndham property again choice hotels don't treat me like this.
