Customer service was terrible. The room was not great, and the toilet sounded like a screaming goat everytime you flushed it. It also had a weird smell when you walked in. Everything was out of order-the atm, the hot tub, the juice machine, the ice machine. I would never go back there; it was not worth the money!
Close to the Mall and a few minutes away from the airport, comfortable room and quiet environment to rest before or after a flight. Clean beds and bathroom. They offer a pretty decent breakfast buffet. You can also request a late check-out for a small fee.
Room 226, musty and smelly and dusty. Upon first getting to my room and doing a room check, my bed had a dirty flat sheet. I went down to the reception desk and immediately asked if they can change the sheets. The hospitality did not exist. It was a cheap one night stay room for one person, so you get what you pay for. If everything else is full, this is just okay. The staff was flippant and the breakfast bar is disorganized and understocked. Put the milk in the refrigerator and stop pouring it into one tiny carafe. The rooms were just okay. Light on bedding but clean. Towels clean and everything smelled good. Floors are lumpy like typical cheap renovations are...where they do the bare minimum. The online check in seemed to worm, but when we arrived, he changed something and said it didn't work. Room was sufficient- clean, everything we needed. Checked after 10PM and guy working excellent - personable and welcoming.
