Where do I start? I had to wait at least 15 minutes for the receptionist to get to the desk who almost did not notice me. Then I was charged more than what I was given on Wyndham Rewards (but I should be getting my refund for the difference). First thing I noticed in the room was the floor which were horribly stained. Stepping on the carpet with bare feet was so grimy and uncomfortable. It's a shame these hotels get so much money year-round that they cannot afford the staff to clean (shampoo) the carpet. My stay is always wonderful thank 4 your service
This was a nice, clean, convenient place to stay during our trip. However, I do not appreciate getting emails at 8 am. telling me that it's almost time to check out and fill up some forms, especially when I checked in at midnight with the family and check out is not until 11 am
Staff was pleasant when we arrived later than our regular check-in time. Clean rooms and the beds slept good. Definitely would stay here again when coming to visit family.
