For the most part my Experience at this hotel has been pleasant. The rooms are decent and newer and most of the staff there are pleasant and pretty helpful. The main issue I had while staying there for a while is that they have an older lady who works the daytime front desk who is very non-accommodating and is very course like sand paper. She brushed off any requests like I was taking too much time of her day and was annoyed at me. Microtel can offer better customer service to their guests.
