Dishonest manager/staff, have acquired my platinum member id and have modified my reservation without my permission. At first the stay did not reflect on my Wyndham account at all then almost a week later after multiple phone calls to this Microtel Wyndham in Lubbock, TX it showed with 0 rewards points where I was supposed to get 1,000 points for that stay. Remember you do not have to give your Wyndham account number or your member # to those crooks when you already have your reservation and confirmation number.
Do not go， there is no manage available，always. When I tried to talk to the supervisor for my emergency， The India guy Mr.Cu told me the supervisor will come on Tuesday morning， but did not ， I called again， he said he/she would come Friday afternoon， but did not， I am not sure who the liar is. there are only an employee here， He can not do any thing for clients ， I can not imagine what will happen if there is an emergency， thay can not do anything for customers.
