My trip was planed a month in advance and this place was the 1st one with great reviews. Upon arrival the was nice and checking services was very welcoming. The room was clean with the necessities to my family. The morning breakfast was great and helpful for our morning activities to begin. Thank you in look forward to another stay in the future.
I'm writing this review as an individual in the customer service industry. I've learned people LOVE to complain and very rarely give praise when praise is due. This is why I'm giving my praise. My experience was FABULOUS! I appreciated the wonderful service we experienced while our stay. We arrived late in the evening from a long day of travel and the check-in was seamless. The people working there are such sweethearts. My boyfriend and I got there before our intended check-in time, and they waived the early check-in fee because we had stayed up all night for the plane ride, and then they lowered the deposit. Breakfast was offered, it was clean and cozy, 10 out of 10, I would recommend
Location is great. They increased their prices on a graduation weekend so for almost $300 for one night I was disappointed with the check in service, continental breakfast & appearance. Check in: I arrived after 9pm to a locked door. I rang the bell with the attendant in plain view cleaning 2 feet from the glass. Had a friend get a room here when she gets to the front desk they say oh we need another $150 deposit. She didn’t have the money for a deposit but that’s the whole reason they use cards and PayPal and stuff so they can issue I mean, get the deposit to pay for something if it needs be well. She proceeds to say I can’t believe you don’t have $100 and then says that she will not refund the money they need did she have to go through Super.com?
