It’s a very clean hotel nice people when you check in I’ve been at this hotel for the last three months working during the week here
Needed a deep cleaning overall.
Maybe the mistake was mine for getting an $80 hotel room when I’m used to something around $120/night. I knew I could overlook amenities and recent renovations. But I couldn’t overlook cleanliness issues which I was surprised to find a lot of. -building is 100% smoke-free, but first floor smells like cigarettes. -staircases were bad…smelled like marijuana, a chicken bone was on the steps, nothing had been vacuumed in ages. -our bathroom was dirty upon arrival, though staff was quick to resolve this for us. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I needed a room at the last minute, but due to a concert and huge state track, everything was booked, and the prices went up. So, I had to pay for this overpriced room that felt more like a motel. I am not one bit bougie but when I have to be away from home, I want to stay somewhere that is nice, and I am comfortable. That's just my preference. Basically, to be associated with the Wyndham name, I expected better. Please update.......
