Very rude staff and limited amenities. Don't leave any of your personal belongings in your room (like your limited edition event nalgene water bottle) or the cleaning staff will clean it and you will be yelled at for asking about it half an hour later. Paid over $300 for a room as it was the weekend of phish at Saratoga springs. Easy enough public transit access to get down to the venue however public transit stops at night so getting home you will have to pay $150 for an Uber. Had an extended stay here and I have to say, this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. If you enjoy mold and dirty hotel rooms, this is the place for you! Never have I ever seen such filth in a hotel before. My health was negatively impacted by staying here in the conditions (the kind of complications you get from mold spores, muscle fatigue and exhaustion). This place is a dump. Woman at the front desk couldn’t help us with a refund. Claimed she had to wait for her manager, who wasn’t in until the next morning. Insisted on giving us another available room. In the new room we were given, the lock was falling off the door, the sink filled up with water, and there was another woman’s make up all over some of the towels. I would never recommend staying here. You’d be better off sleeping in your car or pretty much anywhere else.

It’s a cute little hotel. Not much options for breakfast though. Glad they are pet friendly!
