The staff were nice. It was the hotel itself that was terrible. The lobby of the hotel was under construction, there’s a refrigerator in the room but no water in the fridge, the housekeeper doesn’t open the trash bags to put in the trash can instead they just put the folded trash bag INSIDE the trash can. So each time they come and take the trash out, they wouldn’t open it in the can. They would come take the trash out, but won’t make up the beds. There is no shower liner in the shower. Unfortunately when I arrived the entire first floor lobby was under serious construction. Guys with hammers, saws, loud power tools, cables and hoses for construction tools all over the place, banging, sawing, active LOUD construction going on. Plastic sheets draped over the hallway entry areas to the rooms to keep the sheetrock dust from going in. Front desk was a temporary table and chair with the computers on a little table. Like 5 minutes from Ft Benning gate. Started here twice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice.
