Legit Best Hotel Experience I’ve had since 2021 this is 5 star without being 5 star no funny and definitely props to front desk agent Veronica top tier customer service
The room itself is kinda clean. But I think there needs to be more cleaning done to the bathroom, especially the bathtub. Also they have wifi but it's not really working fast enough to send photos etc. And the housekeeping bumped into the room while we were asleep just like other reviews said. You should tell the housekeepers not to do that.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. I was looking forward to staying here because of all the good reviews. Our room, however, had a horrible musty smell. The carpet was all stained. The shower backed up so I was standing in water up to my ankles. Disappointed because the reviews were so good! Not sure if we just had a bad room or what the issue was. Wouldn’t stay here again.
