I was in Summerside for business and spent five nights at this hotel. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and helped me out with numerous issues. (Directions, restaurant recommendations. As well as printing off some business material for me) The gym attached to the hotel at the community fitness centre is exceptional. There is a bar in the lobby with a fair selection of options. My room was perfectly comfortable, but the few interactions I had with staff were not ideal. No one was outright rude but I definitely felt like they could have been more helpful or knowledgeable. The front desk person when I checked in repeated her questions a couple of times and then asked me to wait when she had to answer the phone. She also wasn't overly friendly. Stayed for only one night but room and bathroom were very clean. There’s a nice gym, big pool with a slide, a restaurant, hockey rink, and a bowling alley all attached to the building. Breakfast was included and staff did a great job at keeping stock of everything and were soooo nice. Great place to stay

This was, without a doubt, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever stay in the Maritimes. I have stayed at higher-end hotels like Hyatt and Choice Hotels, and even budget options like Travelodge and Days Inn have provided a better experience than this one. From the moment I walked into the room, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority. The bed sheets were stained and looked like they hadn’t been changed in weeks.
