The best hotel everr
Fora new hotel seems run down. Bad flooring in elevators and around really drags the vibe down. Place was full of hockey teams yet they dont cater to kids having fun.
Very neat, clean hotel and rooms. However, the pool was murky and reeked of sewage every five minutes.
The hotel was nice however my daughter and sister used the pool and hot tub said it was gross. There was so much hair, even hair bunches in the pool. The water was not clear like other pools. The pool bathroom was not clean either. They told the hotel clerk, she was just not interested in their comments. She was rude to them. So, you need employees who are understanding and wanting to make this place a success.
Went for a mini staycation just to enjoy some swimming and waterside. Spent an hour and a half at the pool, before the water started to smell bad and fishy. The waterside would randomly shut off, and did once when I was going down it, which burned my bottom. Not fun. Then we decided to go to the room and order food. As we got upstairs the fire alarm was going off Teo rooms down but very loud.
