Room was small but had everything you need. Only real complaint was the broken coffee machine in the main dining area. Super annoying. Ended up running to Dunkin Donuts in town for morning coffee. Hotel service would have gotten an extra star if they had resolved that issue by the second day. The staff seemed to treat it as no big deal yet nearly every patron was annoyed to some extent.
I will not give 5 stars because the caulking in the bathroom was black, which made the bathroom look dirty. Also, the front desk employee, Jason, was not professional. He did not greet us or ask what brought us to the hotel. I believe courtesy should always come first. I have worked in a hotel before, so I know the level of customer service that guests should receive.
