I had a very positive experience with Dr. Smolik and the entire clinic team. Dr. Smolik did an excellent job with my oral surgery. I only experienced some pain and swelling at the surgical site on the day of the procedure, by the next day I felt much better and was able to return to work . I also really appreciated the care and support from the clinic staff and assistants. I got referred by my dentist to this location for a consultation, I called to schedule an appointment and I was told to send them the X-rays and that’s what I exactly did, on the day of my visit they told me to get a new X-rays, the doctor came talked to me for 2 minutes and now I got a bill to pay. They did the exact same X-ray, they just like to charge people.
Everyone was super nice and very friendly. Alexandra Smolik, D.D.S., M.S. was absolutely wonderful. Dr Smolik and her dental assistant made sure that I was comfortable during the procedure. I highly recommend them!
No one likes a root canal, but these guys made it better than I could have asked for. Great consideration of the patient and a high degree of professionalism.
