Awesomeness i will go here every time. Great customer service
I went into the Microsoft Store at the end of August a disgruntled and upset customer because my laptop was allegedly broken and there were no more of the laptops I wanted in any store across the entire country. I was assisted by Carlos Solorio for two days in a row, while he helped me find a new laptop. I have never experienced better customer service in my entire life. I am very appreciative of Mr. Solorio's patience, time, and willingness to listen and assist me. THANK YOU!
