Very cool facility with a lot of space to conduct business.
I was charged for a Microsoft subscription I don’t even recall signing up for. There was no clear notice that I was signing up for a paid service. When I requested a refund, I was refused because of their internal policy, even though this charge was unauthorized. This feels designed to trap customers and make refunds difficult. Extremely frustrating and unethical. Don't even start me on the other things they do without consent!
