I am a systems engineer with 30+ years in IT. I know what I am doing... Microseven and their products are garbage. Why? Cameras drop in and out of my network, need to be continually restarted, have choppy video and support is horrendous. I have had their cameras for about 4 years and am very familiar with setup and configuration. Maybe they will work better with direct connect but WIFI is absolutely terrible.
