Great products and assistance – Micros computers have worked great for a few years with no problems. The product support people are very helpful when I need things changed like menus and staff and came over within a couple hours one time when I couldn't get one of the printers on . They make it easy to get anything I need done and have always been fast and friendly
dissatisfied customer service – If you need Micros to support your Micros computer when there is a problem, do not rely on them. They do not call back.
