Do not buy direct. They send RAM in a plastic bag. Was not in a box. RAM could be bent and would never know. Right??? Then called india for customer service who don't care.

Do NOT purchase from Crucial (division of Micron). I entered my laptop information into their site to find a compatible memory stick. Not only did was the product incompatible with my machine, but the company will not allow me to return it. I've contacted customer service a number of times (beginning the same day as product delivery), but customer service is only available out of India and the agents are not helpful and often rude.
