Poor management when processing application forms. You literally have to chase them to get an update on the application. Would not recommend.

I lived in these apartments for a little over a year while going to nursing school. I loved the location (walking distance to groceries, the library, the Scioto Mile, etc), the small size + the big windows and modern interiors. I also really appreciated the landlords. The maintenance staff is friendly and you see them often. As others have mentioned I found the walls to be thin-- you can hear your neighbors and smell their cooking. Where can I begin… Kristie the property manager is a liar and will try to destroy your credit to cover her own self! After reporting on 3 separate occasions to her neighbors were smoking cigarettes heavily and making not only my apartment, but other apartments and the whole floor reek of smoke. She said she would “look into it” and post signs to assure residents it was a smoke free community. I even told her which neighbors I knew were smoking. She did nothing.
