Do NOT work with this company or Christi. She will lie to get you through the door and then when things break she will force you to keep your lease. I moved in June 3rd and my air unit broke June 27th, it is now August and it’s still not fixed and the window unit they installed leaked ALL OVER my belongings today. Emergency maintenance said they will not be coming here tonight to fix it!!! The neighbors dogs (all floors) pee and poop in the lobby daily. I lived in these apartments for a little over a year while going to nursing school. I loved the location (walking distance to groceries, the library, the Scioto Mile, etc), the small size + the big windows and modern interiors. I also really appreciated the landlords. The maintenance staff is friendly and you see them often. As others have mentioned I found the walls to be thin-- you can hear your neighbors and smell their cooking.
