Not a retail store as Google says. It's a corporate office.
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Period. I have a Microlife blood pressure monitor I bought a few years ago and it always showed higher measurement than the numbers when I measured in doctor's clinic. So I followed the user's manual and called the customer service for the possibility of calibration as instructed. First call went through after 10 minutes waiting and a woman asked my name and model number etc, then asked me to do a measurement with her guidance. My microlife BP unit works great. The unit is simple just push a button. The battery seems to last forever. I would buy again without hesitation.
