There is apparently a \$35.00 MINIMUM service charge to get your computer worked on NO MATTER WHAT even if it simply one key being placed back on the keyboard. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I made it very clear over the phone all I needed was one key placed back on my keyboard and they never said anything about a \$35.00 minimum service charge.
