We start ordering from a auto body shop in Northern Virginia the salesperson that speaks Spanish is very polite,helpful and knowledgeable.
I only have experience with this company's vehicles on the road. The drivers are inconsiderate, they will drive under the speed limit in the left lane and don't care about anyone else on the road.
Customer service reps have no idea what is going on. They sent me the wrong part to my truck. They cracked the fender I ordered so I had to wait another week for them to send out another one. That’s not all either the headlight I ordered ended up being the wrong one! I called to get the correct one and no one can accommodate me for allllll of this inconvenience. Oh yea and the headlight they sent that was wrong was cracked as well. Just shop elsewhere.
