Paid this loan off within a few months. I had no balance left as of April 28th and on May 12th this company took a payment out. Unacceptable. Update: When I called the company, I was told the check wasn't cashed before payment was taken out. I did some research and found out that the check was in fact cashed on April 28th, so there is no reason why they should have taken an extra payment. No one can give me an explanation or take accountability and not once did I get an apology.
They suck do not recommend
Wednesday Microf LLC. drafted 2 payments out of my account without authorization. It has been 48 hours and still no sign of the money back in my account. I called Microf and they said it was voided when it happened. My bank says that’s a lie because it would have appeared on their side immediately. If you need financing for your AC, stay hot or go get a window unit. Check the Better Business Bureau ratings before signing anything.
Very bad customer service. Will not return calls for several days.
They BLEW my phone up with phone calls the DAY my bill was due. Several times a day. Even after 9pm. I've never had to block a bill collector before Microf LLC. Then they dusguised their number to call Several times at work or in bed. The interest they charged for such a necessity was ridiculous. But you HAD to swallow that pill because.... it's a necessity. And when I paid off my account (to get Microf out of my life forever), I talked to the rep about my experience and she basically said it was in the contract that I signe... read more
