Customer service are rude and refuse to give you their name. They will call you 2-5 times a day and email. They refused multiple times to make payment arrangements to get my late payments back up to date. One person told me they were coming to my house the next day to take out our HVAC and threatened me. They don't keep adequate records via customer service because the person who handles my account said I didn't talk to anyone and I had talked to three people that week. As a contractor, we've needed to offer some sort of financing to our customers who don't qualify for "normal" loans. We've incorporated Microf into our financing options and have been able to close more deals because of it.
Worst Company ever. I received the hardship but when I couldn’t make the payment on time they cancelled my hardship. Now they are telling me that I have 30 days to pay the back balance. They have no compassion for what you are going through they just want their money for equipment that doesn’t work. I hate this company and will never use them again.
I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. I got 8300.00. Pay amount would have been 21,000 if I did 60 mo tha here I am 2 years later and my pay off quote for Feb 2025 is 9300 make that make sense That’s crazy. And what they do not tell you is they put some kind of lien on your house. And how do I know that bc I went to get an equity loan on my house and there they were.
