Worse customer service I've ever come across they don't and won't work with you if you get behind on your payments and don't care if you're struggling . Will come and repo your furnace. Stay away from these place
Beyond poor customer service. Should be named aimless phone operators and not customer service. According to the receptionist no one leads their organization. So this explains the aimlessness.
Went through all the trouble of applying get approved THEN denied after finding out we don’t own the land but OWN the home we live in, thank you for letting us sit in 105 degree house this summer
