The place smells bad and staff are rude
I had an amazing experience here while getting a crown matched! They were super friendly on the phone and booked me in right away. Their hours are flexible, which made scheduling easy. They took the time to carefully match the color of my tooth for the crown, showing me both in a mirror and in a photo afterward. The whole appointment only took 10 minutes! Overall, it was a great experience. Highly recommend!
The lady at the front desk was not friendly, she did not look at us and was busy on her cell and the technician who took the crown colour was rough verbally and physically as she moved my head without any consent or even telling me, she did not clean the colour templates put them the table then put them in mouth, i really can not understand why she was in a hurry. the final crown colour was not good and my dentist was really upset with my experience that he had to send me to another lab for new colour match and that is where... read more
