We have used Microconsult for 5 years and they have been awesome to work with. We are an OTC drug and Cosmetic company and their team (especially Amy and Carla) have been not only helpful with our testing but have been valued consultants who have helped direct our quality team to the proper compliance channels. In our experience, their pricing is very competitive and they can rush jobs faster than others if needed. Would highly recommend this company! FYI. This is first review I have ever taken the time to write.
Microconsult lab was the lab recommended to my plant farm to test our soil and water. We were given an estimated 2 week turnaround. Thinking hopefully, we called at the end of the first week and they had received our samples but not started testing them yet which was no real concern as they had predicted 2 weeks. At the end of week 2 we also reached out to them and they assured us that they were hard at work and we should have results by the end of that week.
