I love Issawa and she does such a great job! She previously did eyebrows on me, lash tint, teeth whitener and now eye lashes. What a great boost! Helped open up my hooded eyes! She is professional and listens to what you want and gives it to you exactly! She is the best in Prescott!
Issiwa did work on my brows - micro shading, waxing and tinting. She did a fabulous job and I was impressed by her knowledge and skill. She is professional and is very good at communicating all steps involved in a procedure. I would highly recommend her!

I was having trouble with eyebrows as a result of tattooing and micro blading previously done over 5 years ago. I have thick brows and was constantly plucking them and trimming them. After consulting with winter Willow we made a 4 month plan and voila my brows are beautiful. I no longer pluck and trim. I am thankful for this amazing change in my daily routine!
