Needed a water test - they had it done in 2 days. I'm happy.
The place shouldn't even still be in business they are a complete joke and I would not recommend anyone to ever go to microbac for any reason at all. They treat employees very poorly and they do not abide by the rules they have listed in their handbook. Very poor company to do work/business with
Dropped samples off almost a month ago. Was told then I would have results in ten days. Still do not have results. Company barely answers the phone or emails.
One of the worst labs to use for testing. I have been waiting over 1 months for results back from this lab. I call multiple times a day and almost never can get a representative on the phone. When I do manage to speak to someone they tell me the labs are almost done and they will send them via email ASAP. This has happened 3x now and I've yet to receive and email with the lab results. I'd give this company 0 stars if possible.
