friendly, helpful and professional, did a great job cleaning up my laptop and getting it to behave.
Just got my computer build home and it might just be the most unprofessional computer build ever done. Lose wires everywhere, things not connected AT ALL. I'm livid!!!!!!!!!!!!
This review somewhat follows the other location's review as well. I find the service to be "lacking" for "common" customers who do not enter the store with more "Commercial" demands / needs behind them. I have found need for the many peripherals this company offers for my office environment. Some of which is infrastructure related, others not, but it is the connection between customer and supplier / establishment I tend to value a little more, and right now it can be better at Microapex.
