A few years ago, I stopped in here with a friend and ended up buying my favorite hanging plant along with a beautiful 3D vase. Julio was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Sine they opened, I have loved stopping into this shop to pick out meaningful special gifts for friends and family. The owner has always been so kind and helpful and takes the time to get to know you and help you decide on the perfect gift. Which is rare these days so I’m very thankful for this local shop!
When we first moved to Southie, my 7 year old daughter and her grandmother and I stopped into Microplant studio on a whim. Julio, the owner, went out of his way to talk to my daughter, explain all the different plants, answer her and her grandmother’s many questions and simply introduce us to the kind of wonderful community we began to experience in Southie. Julio is one of the most wonderful people I have met! When I lived in Southie, it was a weekly ritual for me to go get a small plant or some flowers from Micro Plant studio to brighten up my week. Julio was always friendly and extremely knowledgeable about plants.
