I was disappointed in the quality of the arrangement. The gift was delivered through Door Dash. Being Valentine's Day weekend, I knew that the shop would be busy. Prior to arranging an in-home consultation with Julio in December 2024, I had only ever possessed a snake plant and bamboo, neither of which I was able to care for properly over the long term. Julio came to my condo and made suggestions for several different plant types, based on my preferences of locations, availability of natural light and ease of care.
