just to say that the employee of this place is not friendly a few months ago I felt that she did not treat me well and today neither, the ladies who were there before were very friendly and I never had problems with them. I never come back to this place. I feel sorry for the owners, they will continue to lose customers because of people like this.
I mentioned that I went to try and mobile deposits my check and my online bank wouldn’t even let me get to the point of putting in my check so my check was clear and only had my signature on the back and due to me saying this they refused to cash my check… I round never recommend anyone to this place and the lady at the front counter was very unprofessional
I was in a jam and Dana and the staff at Micro Loans NW were amazing! Melina helped me personally and could not have been more professional, kind, and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them to anyone. They are good people here.
