I had an issue and got a call from one of the owners. She was kind and understanding and quickly resolved my problem. This is a family owned business and by the immediate attention I was give, I will use this business in the future.

I am disappointed. I ordered from Canada screws and this seller does not indicate whether he sent the package does not give any communication never respons to emails. Finally after 3 weeks I received the small package, I couldn't believe anymore.
I ordered two weeks ago, haven't heard back from them. Noone is answering my calls nor my emails. I'm trying to email them a third time...I needed my order one week ago. Hopefully leaving a review here will help?
