Ordered from them three and half months ago and not a word or products since. Emails and phones messages have not been returned. Pursuing refund through PayPal. Don't waste you time like I did.

Zero stars. Do not buy from these guys. Placed and paid for an order from them, they ignored all communication for 6 weeks. Then "Kathy" responded with a false promise to ship them out the following day which did not happen. I was then ignored for another 8 weeks. I had to order elsewhere and had what I needed delivered within days and am still trying to get my refund now coming towards 6 months later. They are thieves.

IF I could leave zero stars I would, as other have said shipping is slow and it is almost impossible to reach anyone, this is definitely a business that has not kept with the times, if you need hardware there are many other resources and businesses online, after waiting for a month to receive my order i was able to find what i needed on amazon and I had it within 2 days, after almost two months i am still trying to get my refund. Buyer Beware!!!!!

I had an issue and got a call from one of the owners. She was kind and understanding and quickly resolved my problem. This is a family owned business and by the immediate attention I was give, I will use this business in the future.
