I wouldn’t come here again. They were unable to fix my laptop, which isn't a problem (it was due to the design of the hardware). However, they never contacted me after they discovered that they wouldn’t be able to fix it. I had to reach out to them myself and ask for an update; I find this unprofessional. Additionally, it was 55 dollars just for them to look at it, and my laptop came back with scratches all over it. I quite literally payed 55 dollars for bad customer service and several scratches on my device.
My dad paid for the service and recommended you guys to me, but I advised him to go and get his money back and I don't think I will be bring my pc back. I brought my computer up there to see if they could possibly upgrade it to Windows 11 for me because I was having trouble trying to do it. My computer was there for almost three weeks not a word until my dad went up there to check on it.
