Illegal telemarketers who apparently aren't even based in the US (they contracted with the company that showed up). Very shady.
Update in response to owners reply: A few things that are incorrect: 1. This was the first company we ever had come out to look at or service our vents. They were not our second opinion. Owner is mistaken, I absolutely never said we wanted a second opinion on mold. We never suspected we had mold. They were the first to scare us with the word, mold. 2. We found your entire staff to be extremely professional, efficient, and competent. The workmanship was carried out with a high level of professionalism. Booked my appointment to have my air ducts cleaned. Booking the appointment was very easy. The tech called about 30 minutes ahead of time to let me his exact arrival time. He introduced himself and explained all that he would be doing. Throughout the appointment he would come check in to let me know what all he was doing and why. He even showed me before and after pictures. He cleaned up after himself, was super, and knowledgeable. Everything was done pretty quickly. I had a great experience with Micro Clean. I had mold in two areas, and they were able to complete the work for a very reasonable price. The manager, was very helpful and responsive to my calls and emails. His crew was very professional and they were efficiently able to address all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend using their services.
