Roger is excellent at troubleshooting and solved my laptop problems that had plagued me for months.
They Told me 35 dollars for a diagnostic check. Roger called me and said there was something wrong with my Nvidia card which was brand new. He asked me if I wanted to call Nvidia or if he should. I told him it was brand new and that there was nothing wrong with the card. He said he would call them. An hour in a half after I dropped it of he called and said he fixed the problem saying I was using the wrong cable, that I needed a display port cable not an HDMI. I needed some thermal paste really quick for one cpu. Came in and they were out of stock. However, they were kind enough to give me some for free out of the one tube they had. Very nice people are working there.
