I called Micro Analytical Laboratories, Inc. to inquire about how to use their services for lead testing and was shocked by the experience. We were highly impressed by the prompt and efficient asbestos testing service from Micro Analytical Laboratories. Their team was professional, responsive, and provided results quickly. The fee was reasonable, and their customer service was excellent—courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. Overall, it was a smooth and hassle-free experience. I was in need of a critical lead test for a medical matter. After calling a few EPA-approved labs and waiting for them to get me back on pricing etc, I finally called the micro lab. They promptly responded and connected me directly to Ren, their lead analyst, who discussed with me the method and timelines. Ren then went above and beyond by calling me personally to discuss the results given how critical it was for our family. Competent and kind people. 100% recommended.

Friendly staff and fast service. I really like that they are open on weekends. I was able to drop off a sample Saturday noon and get the results back Sunday noon. They are a bit pricier than the competition, but they are more professional, more organized, and more customer-oriented. I'll definitely use them again.
