Service has declined from a 5-star experience to a frustrating ordeal. They no longer accept non-account testing, meaning you can't pay at the point of service. Instead, you must have a pre-approved account before they will even process samples. It appears a recent acquisition has led to these restrictive new policies

I called Micro Analytical Laboratories, Inc. to inquire about how to use their services for lead testing and was shocked by the experience. An older-sounding gentleman actually laughed at my question and told me he “doesn’t have time to explain how their services work.” This was not only rude and unprofessional, but also deeply concerning. I was in need of a critical lead test for a medical matter. After calling a few EPA-approved labs and waiting for them to get me back on pricing etc, I finally called the micro lab. They promptly responded and connected me directly to Ren, their lead analyst, who discussed with me the method and timelines. Ren then went above and beyond by calling me personally to discuss the results given how critical it was for our family. Competent and kind people. 100% recommended.
