Very poor customer service. We provide exact specs on ac units. They sent us incorrect model numbers and found out after ordering from a oocal supplier. We tried contacting by phone in order to speak with a rep and of course no answer. They don't need your business, take it somewhere else.

What an amazing product and amazing customer service, but to have the first (3-4ton unit) fail at 3 years, the second (FLEX) fail at 1 month, then another FLEX fail a year later on another unit... This is the best company to work with! I installed one of their thermostats and started having a small problem. Their support is outstanding and when we could figure what was the problem was they sent me a new thermostat. I must have had a short somewhere. They go above and beyond my expectations. 5 stars, Thumbs up and a huge thank you to their support team.
Selling thermostats for 300 but know nothing about the product. Then if an issue comes up you can't even talk to customer service. It's a long drawn out email process. Companies like this need to do better. Start sending instructions and information with your products your selling or at least pick up a damn phone when issues arise. Some of the laziest most inconsiderate people I've met. They don't do their jobs but want that money!
