This company does not stand behind their products beyond 2 years. They offer no repair services, and no exchange. Told to buy a new one. RVs are built to last for 20+ years. Their product made it 5 and they don't care. Crazy way to run a business in this day, but that's what they choose to do. Stick with what you have or buy from someone who actually cares about their products. Otherwise you might find yourself without heat or air, for when it dies, you're out of luck says the company.
I read several reviews regarding this company's customer service. I made the purchase that went flawlessly and they worked with me on a discount. That being said the follow up customer service was quite disappointing. I asked several times in an email for a contact number and person to speak with in person and just got a reply"It's getting late in the day"! The next day I got an email with a return form. This is a fantastic Company I had micro air thermostat, that was about two years old and at the end of its warranty. I emailed the service tech service and told him I was having problems with the touchpad. They asked me to send the serial number on the back so I took a picture and sent it within a couple of days. I had a new thermostat at my door no charge no fussing. They just sent it. Unbelievable great Company. I can definitely recommend this Company and we’ll be buying more from them.
AMAZING PRODUCT!! This is the first time I've installed a thermostat (Home or RV) that I didn't want to throw myself off a bridge!! LOL. We installed 3 of the micro-air thermostats in our Showhauler and couldn't be more thrilled. iPhone/App and Wifi setup and control was flawless. Downloaded the app to the Dash radio (CarPlay/Andriod base)for control while driving, and it works perfectly. Even added the app to my office iMac to monitor from work. Customer service is amazing as well!
Very poor customer service. We provide exact specs on ac units. They sent us incorrect model numbers and found out after ordering from a oocal supplier. We tried contacting by phone in order to speak with a rep and of course no answer. They don't need your business, take it somewhere else.
