This is the best company to work with! I installed one of their thermostats and started having a small problem. Their support is outstanding and when we could figure what was the problem was they sent me a new thermostat. I must have had a short somewhere. They go above and beyond my expectations. 5 stars, Thumbs up and a huge thank you to their support team.
Selling thermostats for 300 but know nothing about the product. Then if an issue comes up you can't even talk to customer service. It's a long drawn out email process. Companies like this need to do better. Start sending instructions and information with your products your selling or at least pick up a damn phone when issues arise. Some of the laziest most inconsiderate people I've met. They don't do their jobs but want that money!
Initially, I had a bad experience as a customer, so I left a not so great review. That very same day, Marc (director) reached out to me to address my concerns, and it was obvious that he really cared about the situation and my experience. This degree of service and care is what it takes to turn a negative experience into a GOOD one. Well done!
Great product. Amazing support! I bought the EZ Start Flex for my home AC so I could use a smaller portable generator to run my home. My 4 ton Trane AC was pulling 119 inrush amps on startup, and the unit dropped that to about 23. Pretty amazing results. The unit is so much quieter on startup too! Shortly after install, unfortunately, there was a failure of a component in the device. Got the 368-X48 blue easystart. My LRA was 69 before installation and only 21.5 after. Thats over 70% reduction in LRA and the unit is quieter than ever. Love this product.
