Read this before you rent from Micozzi – I just recently move out of my apartment but my experiences with them were not pleasant. When I first looked at the apartment, the agent was friendly and pleasant but after I signed the lease it went down hill. When I moved in the bathtub was stained the floor wasn't as clean. Rude and Unresponsive Management Company – I thought Micozzi was a decent management company initially, but I was very disappointed. They only provide one set of keys per apartment and do not disclose this upfront. The worst part was that they were very uncooperative and even rude when I called to ask them about a maintenance issue. I have rented a lot of apartments and generally know what is reasonable to expect, but I was constantly shocked by the way Micozzi treated it's tenants.
