We lived there for one year and it was the worst experience I ever had. Despite the fact they did renovations in the units living there was a nightmare. My car got towed away because I got a temporary sticker for one month and then I was supposed to use my permamnent sticker. They towed my car on the night from 31st to 1st day because probably I had to wake up at night and change spots.
